Anyone know how go from windows to safe mode without rebooting?

Yep. But my DVI LCD does not seem to work in safe mode? At least my screen is blank and I know save mode is there?

It is impossible to go to safe mode without a restart. I believe that safe mode screen formats are 640X480 so if your screen is blank when you boot the machine into safe mode... it may be that your monitor doesn't support that format.

That's the problem. LCD is 22". I do have a second monitor that does support 640X480 it's an old 17" lcd. I'll have to make that my default monitor. But I hate to because my icons on the desktop get all mixed up. Bummer :faint:

Got rid of my problem with a trial full verision of FaceTime's X-Cleaner. Just dropped the bad file in the shredder and it's gone. Unbelieveable!:amen:
