Saitek Cyborg evo Force Flight Stick

I use a Saitek Cyborg evo Force Flight Stick.I am Having some problems with the elevators on the A/C they dont go up all the way. When I try to calibrate the elevator control on the Flight Stick using the calibration option,the cross inside the calibration square does not go all the way down,so consequently the elevator control on the A/C do not go all the way up as they should.
Is there a correction to the Flight Stick program that I can make to correct this ?

I had an x-52 with similar problems.
I smashed it outta frustration and am now back to my x-45...it does the same thing..

My X 52 will do that every now and then. I just unplug and plug back in. Fine after that.
