Purchased the DC8's this morning but the downloads stop with an "Unknown Network Error".

Guess too many people are taking advantage of the sale.

I've only ever seen the Dash8 with 25% off and that's still expensive IMO.

Never known JF suffer from bandwidth probs Manfred but if this IS the case.. your sale purchase is still safe. Appreciate your frustration at having to wait though!!

That isn't an error message I've seen or heard of before.
Have you reported it yet? If not then please drop an email to support@justflight.com and they will be able to help you out.

Thanks for the response Dave and RAS,

I will wait till tomorrow morning, and if the issue persists, I will surely get in contact with JustFlight support. Never had any problems with them, so I am sure the issue will be resolved promptly.

When I get home I will clear the history and cache, and even try a different browser (was using Chrome).

Just a bummer, that I could nopt give those CD8's a quick test. It's not frustration, just disappointment, lol.

I got the Lightning & DC8 the other day,and succumbed again to get the L-1011 & 737-200.
BUT every time I try & load up the 737 I get a fatal error,and the sim crashes.Anyone else get this?

There was a quick error message about a sound file making a "call" or something,I think

I bought the two DC-8 products as well....no problem with the downloads. REALLY glad I got them during the sale....

Wel, I got home about an hour ago, and was able to download both files.

The 50-70 went fine right away, but the 10-40 stopped after downloading 110Mb. Then I re-started the download, and it completed.

I know about the FPS issue, but could not let this sale pass me by. Once the F27 is released AH will be working on a resolution for that, and it looks like the release of the F27 is not that far away. So I'll just wait for the update.

Lookng forward to seeing the DC-8 on the tarmack for a test flight though....YAHOO!!
