• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

'San Antonio Police Department'

Note the use of black-on-black for the "signage." This means it can't be claimed as an "unmarked car" by the defense... :)

I don't know about down there but some of our local 'unmarked' cars have that black-on-black ID but at night the letters glow silver when your headlights catch them. A very clever use of reflective materials.

Not sure of other states but in VT, the cars do not have to be marked. The local State police barracks has a very sneaky unmarked silver Dodge Charger they run on the interstate for speed enforcement.

Every time I see it (that I know of) it has some out of stater in a German or Japanese muscle sedan pulled over.

Seems to really go after BMW's and Audi's with Mass and CT. plates for some reason. The reason is that they drive 30+ over the limit. Hence the "Chat" with the nice trooper...
