Boom Trenchard's?

I used to sit in the restaurant watching and listening. It was at a time when I was flying out of North Island, so I did not appreciate it as much as I should have! Is Boom's still there?

Sadly Boom's is long gone. Nice restaurant with great hospitality. When I was stationed at NAS Miramar years ago I used to enjoy eating there on a Friday or Saturday night. I always asked the hostess for a table by the windows so I could watch the planes arrive and depart at Lindbergh Field.
