Scenery KNRS Imperial Beach - United States USN

I've found a nice scenery over at MAIW

The author looks to be Henry Street (Wonder if that is the one and same I see here?)

There are three effect files that I cannot determine what they are for and would appreciate additional info as to their purpose...

Ahhh... Thanks Charlie. There wasn't any info about what they were for.

BTW, I noticed a ton of bmp files in a folder called thumbnails in the Airport Buildings. I looked at them and put them in the KNRS textures folders.
Don't know if that was the right thing to do and don't understand why all the thumbnails.

For wiw, I merged the contents of the scenery and textures folders in the airport buildings folders into the KNRS textures/folders. Don't under stand why
there were two separate folder like that..... It all works for me in P3D V3.4

It does looks like some photoreal files are added to the textures. They look like flat buildings or objects.
