Scenery problem

Hi everybody, this is Bill's Hunting Cabin in the Yukon Territory and it looks good except for all those white blocks. There seems to be no way to reach the author. A requirement is the Nova textures and they're all installed. Also, Gerrish Grey and other tree files like ag although they're not required. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

View attachment 90512Thanks for any help.

Those look like it could be trees. If they are its because you do not have the textures installed.

What ever it is you are missing the textures. If there is anything you did not install do so.

Ah No you may very well have the textures.

That could be the duplicate texture problem.

Disable other scenery installs until it goes away.

Or find the program called Duplicate Object Finder.

If you have the same object installed in two different scenery installs neither one will display the textures as FS9 is confused on where to get the textures.

Edit here it is ... http://www.blog.scruffyduck.org.uk/...e-Object-Finder-for-FS9-and-FSX-Released.html

Your second post appears to be correct. I disabled the folder that has a number of different sceneries and the problem is solved. Tomorrow I will find the culprit and delete it. Thank you so much. This would never have occurred to me.

Thanks Dangerousdave, you answered a question I would have had if I'd posted it - got the same problem with some trees as Takhli RTAFB. Downloaded the "finder" and will run later today.:salute:
