Screen Shots from On-Line Games.
:ernae:
Hi Fella's,
Just thought you might like to see some of my screenshots taken from on-line games. And hear out my thoughts on this subject. They would be--Std. CFS3---------ETO and Solomons Campaign this year. Shots are taken looking front---looking Back and outside. I've found whilst up against some of our very "Hot" on-liners, getting pics. composed and all in the picture at right distances is very nearly impossible, it takes a 6th. sense, which I'm working very hard to cultivate. But is one heck of a challenge. ( And great fun ) remember I'm very much a target too and no quarter is given at all.
I,( as yet) cannot fly against these guys in the full C/pit mode and get pics. successfully, so all pics. are taken in the HUD view, whiist in C/pit.
There are 2 other flyers I know who have got into this interest as well and it makes me wonder If sharing ideas on setting up various shots would be of interest here on this thread too.
Sometimes in certain dog-fights, when a lot of the right flyers arrive, it is absolute mayhem, with tracers flames and planes everywhere and I would like to capture the best of this on screen shots. You have to be ready always, as you never know when the good shot will splat into view and you have about 1/10 of a second to hit the button.
About 6 flyers have helped on setting up some shots, mainly the airfield ones, they fly at me ( Parked up on Runway in Spit ) and I'm saying, lower---lower--lower, with ineveitable results--lol. There is a shot of Chino Loco doing just that, and my shot must have caught between frames, anyhow you'll see what I mean--lol.
I was just about to consign all these shots to the waste bin when I saw this thread, as I've posted most of them already in the IP's posted threads for other players, but I guess a lot of folks wouldn't have looked there.
Hope you like them, if so,plenty more, Your comments are welcome please, especially anyones thoughts on setting up shots, as variety is the spice of life. :d I know that Swissbaer is now setting up getting on-line shots too, so could be some interesting times on this thread, cos. you folks are coming up with nice ones.
Enjoy !! :ernae:
