Screenshots!

I just picked up a copy in Very Good condition of Warpath across the Pacific: The illustrated history of the 345th Bombardment Group during World War II signed by the Author ($30). It's packed with pictures of the B-25 making low level attacks against the Japanese.

It's the perfect compliment to the copy of General Kenney Reports: A Personal History of the Pacific War that I acquired from a friend a couple of months ago. That has a wonderful narrative of the entire campaign, but alas no pictures.

p.s. I just found a copy of General Kenney's book on-line for anyone interested in a great read. https://media.defense.gov/2010/May/26/2001330291/-1/-1/0/AFD-100526-032.pdf

That title caught my eye!
I think (from the description) it's the one I purchased around 1990 or thereabouts.
Always liked those unit histories but this is a stand out, at the time it cost around A$150:00 and it was the first publication of its type to feature laser scanned images.
My copy resides (somewhere!) in my 'library', probably keeping company with Roger Freedman's 'Mighty Eighth', another standout publication.
Must go look them out.

Yeah I know what you mean. No doubt the nose would look top notch, but the rest of it...not so much.

Here's "Barbie III" another for the PTO, B-25H version.

I've just realized I never released it. It may be odd as I think I was unhappy with PTO's Corsair and may have just lifted the ETO one into PTO and it worked. Gotta dig into it.
