1. You need a host website such as Flickr, Photobucket etc. I use Flickr because it copyrights the images for you.
2. You need to copy the image location link from that hosting webpage
3. Click on the "add image" icon in the menu here
4. Select "from URL" and Paste the link into the bar
5. I uncheck the the option for "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"
That's it.

Click on 'insert image' icon [above - in the text window]....and option 'from computer' and bottom right...'basic uploader'.
