Not word for word, but languages often don't lend themselves to that.

Coincidentally, I just finished reading this short expose on the tanks of the SCW.

You might add in your browser, a plug-in that will translate any language on your screen where you high-light with left mouse button, and then right click to give you a list including the translator selection from Google, or possibly others!?
