• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Dominikx, it's all very well being enthusiastic, but if you look through the forum, you will not find a single other thread where one person has posted ten times in less than two hours - especially not with next to no input from other people.

It's nice to show people what you are doing, but not really appreciated to keep posting to your own thread constantly.

In future, can you please consider waiting until you have finished what you are doing, then posting a single update, listing it all, rather than posting continuously to the same thread every ten minutes or so?

I have tried Robert Sanderson's Hurricane mkIId in FsX/Acceleration and there is no problem seeing out of the vc. IIRC the Sea Hurricane had very similar textures to the mkIId so I'm uncertain why you are having this issue? If I get time later I will download the Sea Hurri and test it myself.

What version of FsX do you run...is it SP1 or SP1/SP2 or with Acceleration?

Edit: tried the Sea Huri and it seems that the mdl order is different to the other Hurri. No amount of texture fiddling made any difference. The prop disk as seen from the vc is solid!
