Yes, there still is...use the "search" feature: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links_search.php?action=search&tabid=446
On the middle right, type the person's username into the box, and when you search, all the user's files will display. Unfortunately, there is no longer a pull-down list.
