well im hoping to get a new pc since im building a cockpit. How do i go about moving what i have on my old one to the new one, the guy from ecollegepc said the new SSD is a lot faster than the one im using now. its been so long since ive bought some of my addons, im not sure what to do to get them back. i doubt i have receipts for most of them. thankfully the majority came from the in sim market place or orbix. thanks

Speaking out of experience: full reinstall. Most vendors are quite helpful with that sort of thing. JF definitely are. No experience with ORBX.

Marketplace purchases are no problem As for other vendors: log into their site and redownload.

I copied my entire 'official' and 'addon' folders to the new PC before installing MSFS as at the time, my internet was woeful. I bought an external 1Gb SSD to aid the process. I use Addon linker to set up what's in the community folder from the 'addon' folder. anything purchased via marketplace sit in the 'official' folder so were copied in the process. The only things I reinstalled were the purchases from Orbx. Not sure if that helps?

If you have anything from Orbx, install the sim, then install the app and point it to your sim. Launch the app, then go to the My Products tab. You can pick and choose what to reload from there.
