Ship problem

I am having a problem with the USS_Alaska_Class_LOD by Stuart277. In missions I keep getting messages that there are problems loading it and the mission(s) will not load. I checked the sound and panel folders and there are text files in there. I've gone over everything I can think of and have found no solution. I'd like to use his new ship in my campaign.

Is anyone else having problems with this ship? I am substituting the USS South Dakota class Battleship II by Maxstuka for it until a solution is found...

I just DL that ship and put it in a mission.
Worked just fine in MB and reg. CFS2.
