P.S. No prob with starting the engine, it is just fantasticly realistic. No prob with differential braking neither, just get a little speed first.

if you don't like to use differential braking, just change the number "180" to "45" in "point.0" in "aircraft.cfg"

No problem for me, but may be for some....you must use differential braking to steer this aircraft. The tailwheel is castoring, and taxiing does take getting used to.

Got to fly in one of these at the start of the year. You could hear during the takeoff the squeal of the hydraulic brakes as the pilot tried to keep her straight (I asked the pilot about the noise later and he mentioned about using the brakes during takeoff to steer the plane)

nice and cool

Fun, immersive sound pack, STOL, tough, reliable and many more, a must have, CONGRATS to the devs:salute:
:ernae:
:icon29::guinness:

NB; any fun and camo repaints welcomed...

its a day late ... but what a cracking birthday present!! It really is a great plane, love how you can brake the art horizon and compass! :blind: :icon_lol:

Dunno whats so hard about starting it though, did it 1st time .. guess its young blood ... or just that i'm used to big temperamental radials :icon_lol:

I'm all over this one like stink on fish! Can't wait to check it out when I get home.

Really looking forward to all the repaint opportunities here, too. The possibilities are almost endless. Great stuff, Sibwings! And an even greater price!

And I remember all too well when FSX first launched, many said we'd get no decent addons, if any, due to FSX complexities. Are we being spoilt now or wot!!?? ;-)

If you go on their forums and log in the Paint Kit is available now and will be up at their website in the future

If Sibwings follows their normal process, I would not be surprised to see a float version in a couple of months. They kept adding models for the Bird dog for quite a while after the initial release.

Loving this as well. It has very unique handeling characteristics for a simulation. How did they do that? ;-) And that VC is just amazing. Is this the same model that Aerosoft was working on?

Is the manual included with the purchase more detailed then the Users Guide provided by the link on the website?
