Thanks, that made my day! It is so definitive of the An-2, which itself is the "Land Rover" of the air. With a spanner (wrench for the Colonials), Screwdriver and some duct tape, it was serviceable in field. If ever a photo depicted "remote station engineering", this has to be it!
