What happend to this? anyone know when it's coming out? I would buy it if they ever release it..

Few days ago their developer was requesting a night photo of the Bird Dog panel on their forum, so it's definitely still in production.... probably no one knows the release date.

It got put on hold for a while, but I believe is again being worked on per the posts on their forum.
