Silvia's scw vehicles

The vehicles are contained in just two .bgls so it will be necessary ( & easier) to upload them in one 'Fell swoop'. I'll hold off for a couple of days to see if Silvia replies but everything is ready to go.

I've been thinking again ( always a scary thing). A number of the russian vehicles incorporated in the 2 .bgls are available in Xavier & Silvia's russian vehicles for the Nomonhan campaign. If some scasm guru could separate the vehicles in the bgl's, we could 'mix & match' & perhaps come up with more up-to-date 'targets'. The newer versions have damage textures for one thing. Also, the Panzer 1 'negrillo' could find use in a number of theaters if tweaked a tad.

All in that series (available in Simviation) come with a txt file to insert their data in the mdlnames.txt and descrip.dat files as soviet vehicles, not Spanish Civil War vehicles. But that can be changed easily.
