After a few months of enjoying ASA with Simconnect over a network, the system no longer connects. Now, after several hours of unsuccessful attempts to get simconnect working once again, I've decided to delete all the files and re-install the SDK. Two basic questions:
1.) I have FSX Gold Edition - Includes FSX Deluxe & Acceleration Expansion Pack. Is it necessary to go to fsinsider.com to update any SP's, or do I already have it with this edition?
2.) Are IP Addresses subject to change? My server address (as determined by control Panel>Network and Sharing Center>Connection>View Status>Details) has changed from one simconnect functioned normally.
I am quite desperate with this, so any assistance is very much appreciated.
