• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Does anyone have the link to the Sky Unlimited Bf109? Lost the plane , files and the link when I lost my CFS2 setup and am trying to regather all for a rebuild.
 
Those are the FS2004 links, If I remember correctly there is an CFS2 conversion floating around here somewhere. I can't remember where it is uploaded, but it may be in the download section here.

Somehow I still have the conversion kit. Had a small disaster that destroyed my three theaster setup and the file that were in a CFS2\temp file. Have some files on machine seperate thumb drives but unfortunately not them all. Think this time I will consolidate and put on a exteranl drive or cd.
So please bear with me if I seem to be asking for the locations of files ad-nauseum.

Keep lots of copies. I consolidated all my CFS2, FS2004,GPL, GP500, Train Sim,music and video files on a 250G external hard drive in August. The #$%$#$%$%!!!!! thing just crapped out on me !!! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
I've got most of the files on the main computer, but not all, so, regular backups of your backups seems to be the only way!
 
Eventhough space is limitedI, I now use disks for the really vital stuff I don''t want to lose. Still, I have misplaced the disk itself on occasion so I guess no system is perfect.

I had about 20G of CFS2 stuff, alone. At 4G a DVD - thats 5 DVD's, then FS2004, etc etc. 140+ Gb is a lot of discs.......and not very portable compared to a portable USB hard drive (I used it with my laptop)
Ah well - they're cheap enough now, so next time I'll just run 2 external HD's, backing each other up.
