It looks like I'm finally ready to replace my aging low-spec Dell XP machine (which was purchased way prior to my interest in Flight Simming) with a purpose built Skylake gaming machine from Cyberpower. If I purchase thru Costco there is a 5% discount thru 30 April and I get 2% cashback eventually as an executive member.
The problem is, that although I can get a 6700K processor thru the Costco website, the usual Cyberpower 10% overclock option is not available. A couple of questions then come to mind.
This is a big financial leap for my pensioner budget so I want to make it count. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

- Will I have good FSX-SE (and maybe eventually P3D) performance w/o the overclock?
- Can I overclock it myself through Invidia Inspector or something?
- If I did this, would it void my Cyberpower warranty?
