I saw this plane or another outfitted like it at the Stuart Air Show years ago.
There seemed to be some controversy surrounding the one I saw. I was told that plane was not really the presidents and was misrepresented as such. Personally I would have had no way of knowing so it was cool to see.

There were six Aero Commanders that were purchased by the USAF and used to transport Ike and others in his Cabinet. The CAF has one of the six they take around to Airshows which I think is the one in the Video. More 411 here...
