• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

Hey guys, with the server melt down, we had to replace it and have depleted our funds down to a hundred bucks and still dropping fast. We are starting a fund drive and would appreciate any kind of donation you can make. Ickie has been working 24/7 loading files along with other admins. As we have seen at Avsim, when the server goes out and needs to be replace it can cost money that we hadn't been prepared to fork out. I know money is tight for everybody, but 5,10 or 15 bucks goes a long way when we look at our membership...50 and 100 goes even further :icon_lol: ...lol....If you have enjoyed coming in here you know what needs to be done. Just did the same; the SOH and the FFDS site are the ones I value the most.

I don't contribute here much but I take info off this website many times a day. The $20 I sent you is best money I have spent on FSX in awhile.

Ickie, and a bunch of others, make this a great site and make the enjoyment of FSX / FS__ much more rewarding. (I have a load of 'gently used' computer parts - send me a shopping list and I'll see if I have anything you need!)
