some kinda twin

yesterday i saw some kinda twin on approach to island airport in toronto. it wasn't a baron, it wasn't a king air. i can't figure out what it was.
kinda shaped like a baron, but bigger. pods on the ends of the wings, two tone blue and creme colored paint. it was movin pretty good, and sounded like a turbo prop, not a piston.
anyone know what it might coulda been?
 
maybe, it was up there about 2500 agl when i saw it, and it was movin at a good pace. that could have been it, except that google doesn't show them with pods on the ends of the wings.
