Ahmadinejad is the mouthpiece and puppet of the hard-line clerics that actually run Iran. Iran, at this point has no nuclear weapons and certainly cannot pose that threat. Further - a large majority of their military capabilities boastings are simply untrue and is a common political tactic with them.
North Korea is a different story. The "Dear Leader" is mad as a sh*thouse mouse and extremely volatile and unpredictable. I see NK as a greater current potential threat than any other nation on earth. He is their sole decision maker, they have a huge military machine and nuclear weapons.
