Sound folder question

Does anyone know if there is a "switch" command for the water rudder (<shift> w) that will work in a sound.cfg file?

I'd like to add a sound effect (either a thump or higher wind noise) to the F-111 which uses <shift> W to toggle the bomb bay doors.
