Sound issue

I have this strange phenomenon that the sound is still on full throttle though I reduced the throttle almost to zero. It happens when I change from the VC to outward view, or the other way around. Anyone familiar with this?

Fsx bug - worse with some models than others
double tap the 'Q' key unless you have remapped it
