SOUND_FADER2 entry in CFS2.cfg?

Does anyone have any idea what the "SOUND_FADER2" volume entry under the "[PREFS]" section of the CFS2.cfg file does? Here is a list of the rest of the sound volume settings and their functions (as shown on the game's options screen):

SOUND_FADER1 = Engine
SOUND_FADER2 = ???
SOUND_FADER3 = Cockpit
SOUND_FADER4 = Communications
SOUND_FADER5 = Effects

Looks like they're the files for the user adjustable sound controls found in "Settings".

Yes, I know that. I just don't know what the "SOUND_FADER2" setting the config file does (maybe a leftover, like many of the other entries, from FS98/2000/2002?).

OK, sorry I misread the original post. I may be related any sound volumes that are not user adjustable in the settings such as AI aircraft sound, bullet hit sound or button click sounds. Unless someone knows for sure the only way to find out might be to change that setting, if possible to Max, load a free flight or mission and see what sounds are now greatly increased.
