Hi,

When I used ETO for the first time, I was nicely surprised about the default sound of the main menu. I allready modified My CFS3 music with BOB movie soundtrack, and Lili Marlene famous song, that are randomly playing with other good ones. I wanted to know more informations about this 30's or 40's music, what's the title and who played it ?

If anyone can tell me ?

You want to be careful with that ETO UImusic file... It's that big that when it loads, it can cause the rest of the UI animation and scenery to lock up. I had to get rid of it and replace it with the standard one, even though I'm not that short of RAM...

For instance I have no RAM or FPS problem, sure it could hurt the framerate :isadizzy:, but just a litlle question (may be stupid) did you make a defrag on your hard drive ? if not it can slow your Pc by enlarged HD access times.

Hope you have fun with your Track IR, as I see in your messages the installation is not so easy, but the way to happyness is sometimes hard.

Even if you get rid of the ETO Uimusic, according to me it can be good music to ear when making new skins as you have used to.

Fully defragged, don't worry! When I replaced it, everything went back to normal.

Actually, installing TrackIR was easy - once I'd understood what was what!

Eliminate music?

I guess we are talking about the music playing when the pilot hangs around the stack of crates?
Is there a way to turn this music off.
Would deleting this file speed up loading of ETO?
Why does ETO take so long to load anyway?
I am amazed at the graphics quality and I guess that's the price you pay.

The question is not to eliminate music or to complain for the loading time with ETO, The new Uimusic file
present in ETO is a bit large but I really enjoy it, and I want to know where it comes from ?
