Spawn Selector for ETO Expansion

Hello all. Questions, what is the correct procedure to get ETO Running. 1) Spawn selector first, then how does that work- What do I select and for what Campaign do I choose which spawns?

The reason I ask is because on any mission I cannot get enemy aircraft to appear and I get some CTD sometimes.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
yes, you have ti run spawn selector before you start ETO. The spawn selector simply rename files in the spawn folder.
 
If you look at some other posts here, there is information as to how you correlate the spawns with the "eras" of the campaigns. Try a search on the topics of eras and spawns and you should find an answer.
