Mine does not work anymore the MS "sorry for the inconvinence" panel comes up when I try to open it and then it crashes. I have tried every fix they call for, any ideas why? Thanks.
 
It just quit oneday and will not work, updates or old program nada..Where do I change the cache size? Thanks everyone.
 
It happens from time to time, getting corrupted with an automatic update. Do an uninstall and reinstall with a fresh download (your settings will still be here). If the cache was OK a few days ago, it should still be.
