SpeedTwin aircraft

Almost like having your own mini-Mosquito, not a bad thing at all. :applause:
I bet with the winglets and retractable gear, that thing honks along.

It bears a striking resemblance to the Henschel Hs 129 attack aircraft that the Luftwaffe fielded in World War II. Make it larger and put two radial engines on it, and it would be almost a duplicate. The nose section is very similar.

Interesting that the landing gear is not retractable, or at least never was in that video, but I think they deliberately sacrificed that to preserve a very tight design so there doesn't appear room to retract the gear. But, with twin 205hp engines on such a small and lightweight airframe, it is possessed of enviable thrust to weight ratio.

Edit: Just saw the website that showed the version with the winglet and retractable landing gear. That makes it a very beautiful airplane.
