Pacific Ghosts - Spitfire VIII RAAF 457 Squadron

A58-614 was originally allocated the RAF serial MT833 before being delivered to the RAAF in September 1944. The aircraft was the personal aircraft of Edward 'Ted' Sly of 457 Squadron. Sly had previously served with Kittyhawk and Spitfire units in North Africa. Repaint of Paul Rebuffat's GMAX Spitfire Mk. VIII by Daniel Leahy using a template provided by Peter Haley.
