Hi All,
Can anyone confirm if in spot view "gradual transition" is available in v2?

With regards to the various views.......I have a related question. I use the "locked" outside view almost 100% of the time. Is there a way to make that my DEFAULT view, so I don't have to constantly select it????

Thanks. NC

That's a good question. You might paruse through the P3D config and see if there is such a setting. If it exists, it will be in there, but where in there, I don't know.

Yep Roger, its here. I think Gradual Transition is one of the things that really makes FS in spot plane mode the coolest of all sims.

I program the views I want, to buttons on either the joystick or throttle. Those are "spot" and "VC"
I also have buttons assigned for "chase-distance-increase" and "chase-distance-decrease"

I have programed them through the default sim settings, and FSUIPC. I'm currently getting use to the settings in FSUIPC and have come to like them better.

Thanks for the replies fellas! I spend most of my time in spot view, admiring the aircraft and I can't fly without gradual transition. It wasn't there in "MS Flight" but I finally found it in the cfg.
