SSW F-104 ASA Red Panda program

Does anyone know what specifically the "Red Panda" program is in relation to the operation of the SSW F-104ASA program? I bought and installed the program in FSX two days ago and this evening while starting FSX normally received a notification saying Red Panda did not start normally, that it had to be started manually instead. I am assuming Red Panda is required for the proper operation of the F-104ASA. Or is it possible to operate the aircraft without it?

Red Panda is an implementation of WebSimConnect and, as far as I know, used to render radar returns in ground-related modes or moving map displays.

OK, thanks. I discovered its batch file and .exe file in the SSW folder in turn located in the FSX folder. When starting FSX today I got a dialog box saying essentially "sorry, Red Panda didn't start" and that was that. Wasn't using the SSW -104S today but maybe tomorrow we'll see about manually activating that program since the sim won't do it on its own.
