Start n' Park (Again)

Just curious,
What kind of satisfaction do the owners get? I mean Scott Speed has run like one full race (Daytona?) this year.....

I'm not a fan of the start and park, but these days we are seeing only 42 or 43 cars show up to qualify, so everyone qualifies. If you do not have enough money to run a whole race or possibly lose a car in a wreck, then you run one or two race laps, park the car, collect the meager amount of money for placing dead last and get ready for the next race. I doubt it is very satisfying for the owners and it cannot be satisfying for the driver.
