Starting with engine off

I did an unsuccessful search on the forum to attempt to find how to set the default start to be engine off. I'm sure this has been posted before. can anyone assist me (again) please?

Park the aircraft, shut everything down, then on the bar at the top of the screen go to flight/save/save as default. After that every time you start free flight
the aircraft will be cold and dark.
