• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

..I'm starting to get worried. We've been down over a month now at CFS2 and not much has happend in the past week. :isadizzy:

And another strange thing Tango, I found an extra one of these in my attachments folders. Don't even know how it got there. ...got to be mine....the one I 'nicked' off Collin back in '06! The man's worse than a woman.....never forgets anything and just has to keep bringing it up. :bump:

(Acutally, I thought that was quite clever...but then I'm a bit on the dull side and easily impressed.) :sleep:
 
Startin' to get bothered . . .

Where is all my latest stuff I uploaded? I think it has been long enough to see some of the stuff show up for download again. Still nothing . . . .

If the files are lost, then someone ought to let us know about it. I can send them all the missing files if I knew what was missing. What is even sillier to me is adding all these new files for download when they don't even have all the old ones back up . . . .

I have some new uploads ready myself but I am not going to upload them until I see the old stuff sorted out . . .

I'm wondering about the CFS2 files. I was hoping to play around with Rhumba's water masks, but they are down, and I have been looking forward to giving Bismark's latest Beaufighter a turn!
 
Yep....

...no news is not good news. This silence on CFS2's downloads getting reloaded is very, very scary. :isadizzy:

This is not a matter of simply restoring a backup....the staff is trying to deal with a major problem of some sort. :icon34:

A weird thing about the downloads :
I can't dwld the Rhumba's dem8 too,but also some p32win zip ,between some others ,and also ,to test :icon_lol: ,the JBbr Truk scenery and that doesn't worked too ,but about this last one before the bug the dwld score was around 295 and now it's 312 that's showing the scenery seem to be downloaded :bump:.........some connections work :gameon:and some other not :gameoff:

...get any CFS2 download files from before the crash to work other than in the SHIPS section. :isadizzy:
The new files uploaded since the new server was put into service work fine.:engel016:

Everything has been basically back to normal over at CFS3 for sometime now. It's a shame someone at Staff can't take a minute to let us know what's happening. :blind:
 
I lost my internet connection last night. Whenever I have to reinstall anti-virus it happens. The support guy told me how to fix it next time. It is not a good feeling when you cannot get to SOH. At least you can look at the post, hoping for good news. Come on, boys, you can fix it! Go, team, go!
 
Sorry chaps,i didnt know this thread was here,been a bit busy.
status at present is that fs2002/2004 and fsx are reinstalled and upto date ,the archive is reinstalled ,the upload routines are all up and running, there are files missing from cfs1,2,3 and il2 which i will start checking and reinstalling this week ,all zip files uploaded to soh were backedup offline so there should be none missing its just a question of sorting them out
