• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Stickies....

Gents, will you please take a good look at the stickies and let us know which ones no longer need to be "stuck"? This forum is gettin a mite topheavy...thanks, middle

Perhaps a more unbaised voice would Do Better, but I'll try to explain the rationale used.
1)Sticky please for Pol's info (British_eh)No idea
2) Forum Rules ( Rami ) never needed them before
3) Phase 3 SOON Phase 3 (Gimpyguy ) It's out
4)Install OFF on Vista 64 ( Gimpyguy) P3 installs auto
5)Newbies (Winder) was useful ONCE
6) yearly Fund Drive ( middle) so how'd we do???

Those sounds pretty good to me Gimpy.

re the "1)Sticky please for Pol's info (British_eh)" - was meant to be relating to the Youtube videos of OFF, but the post is nothing without the thread, so delete it please Middle.

I would think you could combine all the OFF P2 install stuff to one sticky as long as it's clear what info applies to which OS.

OK..thanks guys for the advice/. I will do this a little later on today or tomorrow morning. I will combine some and get rid of others. Gimpy, as far as Rami's posting of the rules, I personally think they should stay up there
because a lot of times people seem to forget about them or assume that there are none. New guys especially need to know the parameters of acceptable behavior here.

I agree with Cameljockey- a nice way of reminding folks to be civil and couth is to refer to the forum rules stickey. That way it's not personal- it's just what we all agree to when we join the forum.

OK...about the P2 stuff...would you like me to combine it all into one thread called P2 info or something like that?
I apologize for taking so ,.long on this...I havn't been feeling too good the last few days...mid

Yeah combo or down to 1 or 2 would be good, need to keep them separate now thanks. No worries Middle health first then family, then us idiots :)
