Stock Infrastructure Rebuild - Stock Infrastructure Rebuild

Fixing and updating of the stock Infrastructure objects to add texture to the lowest LODS on all objects so no more odd solid color boxes on the ground.

This may not be a big change for PTO but if you're using repainted PTO objects in your Euro install it should be!
