Stowaway cat in microlight

Stowaway Cat

A friend of mine's father was Chief Pilot at an aviation service in Renton, Wa. Their family cat, a big stripey tom appropriately named Kittyhawk, was a frequent flyer, riding along on a special pad attached to the right shoulder strap of the safety harness of the pilot. Kittyhawk was "Check Pilot in Command" and would watch everything going on and make critical comments from time to time.

Ah, the news got it wrong....the cat was the flight engineer...just doing his job in-flight!
