Strange airfield! Can you help me find the solution of these infrastructures in levitation?

Powanden german airfield in Russia.

This game still runs on Windows XP but no longer works on Windows 10
I was hoping to get a feel for this infrastructure problem.

What install is that ?Personally I don't have any Eastern Theatre install, so I'm not sure what that airfield is and if it was based on stock versions. I suggest you zip up the airfield and its facility file and put here for others to see what's happening.
