Strange lights in Norwegian Skies

Very interesting. Probably an earthbound explanation though. First thing I thought of was a laser light show.
 
I saw it on the news, you could see the beam of light coming from the
lower right. Probably from a searchlight shinning on low clouds. ckissling
 
I've seen some strange lights once years ago (and a lot of other people). This one looks really radical....here come the doomsdayers again.

It has to be some sort of projection. As you say, there is a light source lower right which expands, cone like to the spiral.
 
All that hot air and co2 being generated in Norway needs to go somewhere, looks like the cosmic drain plug was pulled and the c02 escaped! :173go1:
