Strange problem with fsx+xp crashing.

My fsx is starting to behave strange and causes xp to crash. I haven't isolated a specific situation when it crashes. I have random crashes but Realair Duke and Vancouver+ allways cause a major crash after the sim has loaded with the screen freezing for a second and then a blue screen flashes, i think it's a "dumping physsica memory to disc" but im not shure. The blue screen is only visible a second and the xp reboots.

Any ideas to what this is?

I have updated my nvidia drivers and made a repair on fsx from the disc.
