Strange sea textures

Perhaps someone can help me fix the strange changes in sea textures I am having. I am running FSX:SE with REX textures, Orbx Vector/Global/OpenLC/England. Screenshot taken near Guernsey, I am using the Earthsimulations EGJB. I have googled this with no success, so any help will be much apreciated.

That is FTX England water textures (darker blue) and either REX or stock (lighter blue) textures showing. There is no fix that I know of, you could play with the REX water textures and see if it has something a little closer to the FTX color.
