Stratocruiser question

Had to recently reinstall the ASA Stratocruiser. Accusim and SP1 installed. Ran into this problem before. Cant get the power up to takeoff let alone barely taxi. There was an easy fix for this that I cant remember.

Anybody ?
 
Assuming your not exaggerating a wee bit :)

If you select the freeflight the default loadout is a bunch of Pax & full tanks.

If that isnt the case check your prop pitch.
 
Blade124, thanks for the link. I had already found the A2A forum that set me up for the "hot fix". Installed it and got the Strat flying but soon stalled after takeoff and crashed. Perhaps a bit more throttle. I had adjusted the fuel and payload to light
