I just installed Win 7 and the drivers for my Cougar HOTAS. It keeps telling me that I need to install this .dll. I have tried with no luck. I'm hoping someone can help!

Check your HOTAS drivers folder.

On the CD also.

I use Win 7 and it is in \sysWOW64 folder also.
