Sufficient download allowances

Don't know why, never happened before but I can't download anything because a pop up states that I have insufficient download allowances, or something like that. Also it seems that when I try to get all the "scenery" objects in JHS Norway it says a file error. Anyone know what I can do?

Ickie told me that you should consider cleaning out your cookies and logging in again.

What browser are you using? If you're using Internet Explorer 10, that might be the culprit. Can you try another browser?

When you hit the " insufficient download allowances" Let Rami know and when the allowance is reset log out of SOH and log back in and you should be fine.
