I love artist's conceptions. It looks just like an F-22 with styling cues from other sukhois.

Well, the F-15 was their design. Here we are, having developed this one and now we cant make it because of costs and Russia will make their own version of it, lol..

If I understood the article correctly, Russia wants to make these but won't be able to afford any for their own air force!
